Houston real estate professional Tawnya Marney has earned the Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist certification from the National Association of REALTORS®.
The RSPS certification is designed for REALTORS® who work with clients buying, selling, or managing properties for investment, development, retirement, or second-home use in resort, recreational, and vacation destinations.
Marney has worked with real estate investors for more than a decade, giving her practical experience with the financial and operational considerations behind investment-property decisions. The RSPS certification strengthens that existing foundation while extending her specialized knowledge to consumers seeking a second home for vacation, recreation, retirement, or other lifestyle goals.
The specialized training broadens Marney’s ability to help clients evaluate the different priorities that shape both investment and personal-use property decisions. It also complements her work in the Clear Lake and greater Houston areas, where waterfront access, recreation, retirement planning, and investment goals can influence a real estate move.
