Tawnya Marney Earns Certified International Property Specialist Designation

The National Association of REALTORS® designation adds specialized education, research tools, and professional connections for real estate with an international dimension.

Houston real estate professional Tawnya Marney has earned the Certified International Property Specialist designation from the National Association of REALTORS®.

The CIPS designation prepares real estate professionals to work with international investors, United States residents exploring property in other countries, and local clients whose real estate decisions involve cross-border considerations.

The curriculum focuses on international transactions, research, market knowledge, and the cultural and business considerations that can shape a global real estate experience. CIPS designees also gain access to an international professional network that can support collaboration and referrals across markets.

What the CIPS designation adds

Specialized preparation for globally connected real estate decisions, supported by international market education, research capabilities, transaction knowledge, and a network of real estate professionals around the world.

For Marney, the designation complements more than thirty years of professional negotiation experience and a real estate practice grounded in careful preparation, clear communication, and client-focused representation.
